Now that the @FinTwitConf is over and I’ve had 24 hours to relax I’m starting to work on my next project which is the $100,000 FinTwit stock picking contest for 2022 which will run from January 3rd to December 30th.

1st place will be at least $30,000
We’ll have 15-20 sponsors at approx $6,000 each

We’ll send out a weekly update to all participants and if you unsubscribe you will be ineligible for any cash prizes 🤓
The other catch is this… we’re only doing this contest if we get at least 15,000 entries so I will need everyone to help me promote it once I launch the website and submission form.
We tried doing quarterly stock picks this year but the meme stocks kept winning so I’m hoping if we do the entire year it will bring “real” stock picking back into the equation.

It’s funny to see losers on FinTwit still saying the @FinTwitConf is a scam.

I’ve already blocked these accounts so someone please tell them we have 200+ people flying in, 8 speakers, 14 sponsors and combined we’ll bring the hotel $200,000+ of revenues this weekend. What a scam.
Also worth mentioning we gave away free trips to several people, got @CelsiusOfficial to donate 100 cases of product and @eightsleep is raffling off a free $3500 smart mattress on Saturday.

What a scam 😂
And by the way, I planned this whole thing myself and I’m not making a single fucking penny of profit. Yes my room got comp’d for my 6 night stay but that’s about all the freebies I’ll be getting.

For anyone trying to buy event tickets to the @FinTwitConf, it appears that sales have ended but that’s actually not correct. I have until Monday to get them my final headcount so I’ll turn the ticket sales back on when I get to my computer tonight.

Several weeks ago I got my @eightsleep mattress and I love it so I reached out to the company and might have convinced them to send a demo pod/mattress down to the @FinTwitConf so people can try it out before/during/after the general session. ImageImage
Then what we're going to do is put a number either on the programs we handout or under the seats.. I'll do a live drawing on stage during the closing remarks and someone at the event will win a free @eightsleep mattress that will be shipped to their house. ImageImage
This is not confirmed yet but it's looking good -- if you're currently mattress shopping and coming to the @FinTwitConf I'd suggest holding off in case we make this happen and you end up winning a free @eightsleep

Thankfully I’ve had a very good year with my portfolio so I want to pay it forward… everyone probably knows by now that I’m hosting the @FinTwitConf in two weeks in Orlando…but…I know there are people on FinTwit that would like to attend but can’t afford it.

Can $ZM hold this $273-274 level? Do we bounce and fill the gap or do we break lower?
With the P-50 shipping soon, can $DM breakout of this downtrend and retest the $9.05 level?
Can $CRWD stay above the 50d SMA or do we retest the 100d?

For anyone that doesn't know if technical analysis is worth learning and using as part of your investment strategy...

$AFRM bounced perfectly today off the VWAP anchored to the day we got that $AMZN announcement
$PAVM bouncing off this trendline back in July at $5.00 (I started my position that day as I saw the green hammer forming) and since then it's up 86% which includes after hours trading today
$SNAP breaking out yesterday with more buying today, after bouncing off that $70 support level on Monday
