Amazingly, Jon Gruden's use of racial slurs was not a one-time accident, who saw THAT coming
And...there we go. I have to say trotting Dungy and Tiricio out to go to the mattresses for Gruden yesterday was pretty bad then and looks even worse now

Matt Taibbi's ShakeShack is (pretending to be) OUTRAGED by stories that point out that COVID treatments are promising but no substitute for vaccines that prevent people from getting sick in the first place
Imagine THIS being the COVID-related media coverage you find objectionable (as opposed to, say, the massive Fox anti-vaxx disinfo campaign.) I had no idea it was biologically possible to be that far up your own ass
And needless to say this is the DeSantis party line: why worry about stopping people from getting a deadly virus if you can treat some of the people who get extremely sick

Gottenheimer/Sinema oppose two of the most broadly popular provisions in the bill (cheaper prescription drugs/upper-class tax increases)! There is no empirical basis for what is asserted here as unassailable fact at all
A lot of elite reporters and politicians alike have views in the "socially liberal, fiscally conservative" empty quadrant and love to project them on the public in the face of overwhelming contrary evidence
Would also love to hear an explanation for why Kyrtsen Sinema feels pressured by constituents (LOL) to oppose the radical leftism of [checks notes] Joe Biden, when Mark Kelly with exactly the same constituents does not
