As of 5:51PM @ArlingtonVaFD and #WMATA is preparing to have passengers exit Train 407 and walk along the tracks to Arlington Cemetery station roughly 1,900β away
6:05P #WMATA Emergency Response Team has requested to inspect & remove a train component (reported as part of a train wheel set) in the area of the switch on the outbound track @ Rosslyn. Unsure if @MetrorailSafety is being consulted.

Expect #WMATA to keep π΅ service suspended between Rosslyn and Pentagon for the remainder of the day and possibly tomorrow depending if the train derailed immediately upon leaving Rosslyn and how much damage to the tracks there is.
