This ultimate horse shit that journalism only works when you give two sides to a story no matter the story results in elevating literal Nazis.
Journalism should not exclude a major ideology but it’s journalistic malpractice to insist that truth be paired with bullshit.

Weird we aren’t getting more stories about what a drag the former president is on a gubernatorial candidate, meanwhile Mcauliffe has the support of Presidents Biden and Obama and it’s not a problem but a bonus
Mcauliffe went on tv like: Wheee Obama’s coming to campaign for me! Meanwhile Youngkin’s trying to run away from Trump while courting Trumpism
Fox freaked out that Biden and Harris went to CA for Newsom and then Newsom kicked ass and the mainstream press takeaway was that California didn’t count

Really helps to have a media who says they don’t believe in the depravity and remove it from their coverage
This is also why democrats kicking the can on gop fascism is bad. Voters don’t think of the party the way activists do and when the President and Speaker and Majority Leader pretend this is just a quibbling dispute that filters out

People get informed by what’s in the news. Sometimes it’s stupid shit. It doesn’t matter. An effective political movement attaches their message to whatever vehicle they have.
NFL players did more to bring attention to police brutality than years and years of activists and wonks doing important work. The players allowed the activists a vehicle to deliver a message. This is how this works.
