- We waste time searching for things when we need them, as we tend to forget where we had placed.

- Declutter your surroundings frequently.
4. Identify Your Most Productive Time.

- Ensure you complete your important/difficult tasks in that time with minimal interruptions.

- These important tasks consume much longer time if there are interruptions.
5. Wake Up Early.

- It works like wonder. You will have much more time than you can imagine if you wake up early

- And start on your tasks as per the TO DO list.
6. Identify Your Day Wasters.

- Analyse what you waste most of your time on.

- Train your brain such that you spend your time more on something useful.

- It would be tougher in the beginning, as you get used, you will make extra time for your goal.
7. If Something Takes Lesser Than 5 Minutes, Do It Right Away.

- Things that take lesser than 5 minutes, do it immediately.

- It would make things lot easier.

- Else they get complicated and it would need much longer time.
8. Learn To "Just Say No! "

- Be ready to say NO if there are too many things in your bucket.

- Accepting everything may make you people pleaser, and you would not have enough time for yourself.
9. Keep Your Calls/Meetings Short.

- We tend to spend more time in meetings/calls.

- Keep your meetings short and crisp as possible.
10. Make An Appointment Right After Work.

- An appointment right after work tunes your brain to finish up work faster, rather than delaying it.

- It improves your efficiency.
