(8) signs were damaged - of the 93 MTR underground train stations & 68 light rail stations, over 90% were paralyzed by destruction, with numerous facilities repeatedly damaged

(19) The no of business operations in Hong Kong with parent companies located outside HK exceeded 9,000 in 2020, largely unchanged from 2019; the occupancy rates of the two major I&T bases, HK Science Park & the Cyberport, remain high at around 90%9
(20) Hong Kong’s goods trade activities were unaffected by US sanctions- HK's int'l ranking as a trading economy rose to 6th place in 2020 & the value of HK’s total trade has rebounded- US's acts actually harmed or even sacrifice the interests of their own enterprises & investors

published by the UNCTAD, Hong Kong was ranked
third globally in terms of FDI inflows in 2020
(22) : Hong Kong’s latest international rankings/ratings
concerning the rule of law and judicial independence
