2. In a 40-minute rant, the judge raged against Pastor Artur going on a church speaking tour to talk about civil liberties. That's why he has banned Pastor Artur from travelling. He doesn't want any more church meetings.
3. The judge is obsessed with media coverage of his case. He specifically raged against Pastor Artur appearing on Fox News. So to stop that, he has now ordered Pastor Artur to self-denounce after every statement against the lockdowns -- rendering any TV interviews impossible.
4. The judge is Adam Germain, a failed Liberal Party politician who was given a soft landing by Jean Chretien who appointed him to the bench. Germain was rejected by Albertans; and now in return he rejects Albertans' belief in freedom. It really is an atrocious ruling.
5. Recall that @CalgaryPolice arrested Pastor Artur in a SWAT-style take down, forcing him to kneel in a busy highway. Today judge Germain said Pastor Artur “revelled” in that “spectacle”, as if he orchestrated his own abuse. Germain blamed the victim.
