Only 5 more days of hotel living. I am so excited to go home. I hear my bathroom has no walls at the moment so I hope they get on that. My downstairs neighbor has been out of her apt for 6 weeks. I've been out only 3. She left her cat and has someone from the other bldg feed it.
I don't understand leaving her pet alone since the management company would pay for hotel that allows cats. Of course, she may be staying with a friend which might be more comfortable. I have so much medical equipment that a hotel made much more sense. Also, salt water pool!!!!
But all the chair in the hotel are too low. I have to bend my knees too much when I am sitting. No footrest either, so I can't elevate my legs. I can feel myself getting sicker in the hotel and can't wait to get home.
I love the pool, but it does not compensate for all microwave meals. Two weeks without Maillard reaction is just ridiculous. I want some char!!!! I also want chairs that have a reasonable height. The goofy thing is the bed is too high so I have to jump a little to get in.
But the staff are wonderful even though I have blown a circuit TWICE heating up water in my electric kettle. I am not going to use Keurig for three weeks & add 40 or 50 pods to throw in a landfill. I use an Aeropress with a metal Fellowes filter and only generate waste grounds
This is a rambling thread because I went to sleep around 2:30 and woke up at 5:40 for no good reason and I am not tired.
