I don't know much on this, but I assume its harder to regulate State Party bodies - or perhaps not? Raising awareness, encouraging #gender balanced applicant submissions, but onus is on SPs - can #OPCW rewrite ToRs to formalise a balance? Low priority? @INTGenderChamps #CSP26
Current #OPCW Confidentiality Comm appears heavily male dominated- not sure if the link is up2date tho. When we think of #genderbalance #genderperspectives in IOs, need to look beyond Secretariats and SPs delegations - theres a grey area in between! opcw.org/about/subsidia… #CSP26
