!! FLASH: Donald Trump has just filed suit in DC federal court to block the Jan 6 Select Committee subpoenas for White House records
Trump's legal filing says the Select Committee is harassing Trump

Calls subpoenas, "Limitless in scope and effectively seeks every presidential record and communication that could
tenuously relate to events that occurred on January 6, 2021"
Trump legal filing calls it "illegal fishing expedition openly endorsed by Biden"
MORE from Trump court filing:

"Ultimately, the Committee is attempting to damage the republic itself, and the citizens of the United States, for executive privilege “safeguards the public interest in candid, confidential deliberations within the Executive Branch"
Per his legal filing, Trump was notified by Archives of the United States last Wednesday (Oct 13) that the Archives would disclose records to the House Select Committee
Trump's legal filing says the House Select January 6th Committee is a "misguided attempt to intimidate and harass President Trump and his supporters under the guise of investigating the events of January 6, 2021"
MORE from Trump: "Congress has already conducted a thorough investigation of this entire
matter during its failed impeachment effort."

We are inside the hearing room for the US House Select Jan 6 committee. Meeting on contempt of Congress report against Steve Bannon begins at 730pm.

(The gentleman on the right is committee staffer and former US Rep Denver Riggleman R-VA)

Officer Michael Riley is about to be arraigned. He's a long-time member of the US Capitol Police... part of the K9 unit. He's accused of sending alerts to a Facebook contact who was a suspect in Jan 6
Riley pleads NOT GUILTY to both federal charges

Committee's report says "There is no reasonable argument that Mr. Bannon’s communications with the President regarding January 6th are the type of matters on which privilege can be asserted."
Committee is seeking communications between Bannon & Trump.. plus:

meeting with Members of Congress at the Willard Hotel on January 5, 2021" and......

STARTING NOW: Arraignment for Riley Williams of Pennsylvania in high-profile Jan 6 case. Williams was accused of directing mob and was accused of stealing a computer from Nancy Pelosi's office suite
Eight criminal counts... including theft of government property

NOT GUILTY plea just entered by Williams
Feds: Riley Williams was "in the Capitol for about an hour and a half"

Prosecutor says they have not engaged in "wholesome plea discussions".... and says it's unlikely they'll reach a plea deal

One alleged message: "I'm a Capitol police officer who agrees w/ your political stance"
More of alleged warning message sent by Capitol Police officer to suspected Jan 6 participant: "Take down the part about being in the building they are currently investigating and everyone who was in the building is going to be charged"
Feds allege Capitol Police officer Riley deleted his facebook messages with suspected Jan 6 participant... after the suspect alerted him that the FBI was asking questions ==>
