Riley pleads NOT GUILTY to both federal charges
Federal prosecutor tells judge there has not been a plea offer yet from the US Dept of Justice
Riley will be back in court on November 29

Judge encourages prosecutors to make a plea offer by Nov. 29.... if they're going to make an offer

We are inside the hearing room for the US House Select Jan 6 committee. Meeting on contempt of Congress report against Steve Bannon begins at 730pm.

Committee's report says "There is no reasonable argument that Mr. Bannon’s communications with the President regarding January 6th are the type of matters on which privilege can be asserted."
Committee is seeking communications between Bannon & Trump.. plus:

Eight criminal counts... including theft of government property

NOT GUILTY plea just entered by Williams
Feds: Riley Williams was "in the Capitol for about an hour and a half"

Prosecutor says they have not engaged in "wholesome plea discussions".... and says it's unlikely they'll reach a plea deal
