"In contracts reached with Brazil, Chile, Colombia and the Dominican Republic, those states forfeited 'immunity against precautionary seizure of any of [their] assets.'"
Pfizer is forcing countries to allow public assets to be held as collateral.
Some of their contracts ban government from announcing "the existence, subject matter or terms of [the] Agreement", or commenting on its relationship with Pfizer without the prior written consent of the company.
You're not even allowed to know the contract exists.
This is corporatism on steroids.
If you needed a reason to oppose these mandates, here it is.

.@nataliebruno is running for Governor of Oklahoma. I couldn't be more proud to endorse her.
Her top priorities:
- Ensure OK never has a lockdown or health mandate under her watch
- End the war on drugs in OK
- End jail/prison overcrowding by freeing victimless crime convicts
- Get government out of education and put choices and money back in the hands of parents
- End taxes on all healthcare services
And that's just to start.
Natalie believes no one makes choices for you as well as you can. That's why she will get state government out of your way.
Want to help Natalie set OK free? Here are 3 things you can do right now:
Dozens of people came to downtown Richland to wave signs and rally for hours. Hundreds of drivers and pedestrians showed their support, and some local media showed up to cover it as well.
LPWA Chair Anna Johnson spoke to the crowd at the rally. It was hard to get a picture to show just how many people were there because we spread out to cover as much of the sidewalk as possible.
I spoke to the rally as well, apparently leading the gentleman behind me to testify.
I spoke to the crowd about the need to fight for freedom and against mandates, whether you are in favor of getting vaccinated or not. We actually had people join and pick up signs from @lpwa to help as we spoke.
Then we led a march through downtown Seattle, where we got lots of honks and cheers of support, including from municipal bus drivers and even postal workers.
We wrapped things up with a mixer at Chapel Lounge. Just a great night had by all.
Oct 15, 2020 was the final leg of the bus tour, in Miami FL.
We were supposed to have a modest event in @cubaocho, followed by a Latin dance party.
But Miami police shut them down that morning for 24 hours, for "COVID violations" (the owner was by himself when he was cited).
The timing of their move was suspicious. We never found out for certain whether they shut the venue down for political reasons, or just to flex their muscles on a small business owner.
When I saw how many events @HB4mayor had put together, I was concerned that we might be stretching things a bit thin.
My concerns turned out to be unfounded, because we were at max capacity for every event!
Nate and I traveled around Minneapolis meeting supporters and people who wanted to find out more about his campaign for Mayor, and our door-knocking went beautifully as well.
Volunteers knocked on hundreds of doors and spoke with residents across the city.
He has been in jail for 7 years, without trial, facing the death penalty, because he allegedly killed one of the home invaders who broke into his home and opened fire on him.
Why?
Because those home invaders were cops.
Killeen TX police surveilled Marvin's home for some time, based on an informant tip that he was selling drugs. Unable to prove anything, they decided to conduct a no-knock raid. The judge gave them a warrant in 5 minutes.
At 5:30 in the morning on May 9, 2014, police broke into Marvin's home.
Days earlier, a home invasion of a woman's home, which resulted in her being seriously injured, had shocked Marvin and his neighbors.
