Can you attract money? 💸

“Yaha dating app pe match aa nahi rahe, aur tum log money attract karvaare ho”

Indian traditions and beliefs have often followed certain laws for financial prosperity and since it’s the festive season, have a look at some of these laws
Lakshmi, The Goddess of Wealth

On Diwali, people do Lakshmi Puja to call the goddess to visit their homes and shower them with wealth

It’s also why people light up their homes with diyas and lights so that the goddess can find the home easily🪔

The desi version of @googlemaps
Elephants are Boujee 🐘

They didn’t have Bentleys or Lamborghinis to get around back then

The emperors used Elephants which have become a symbol of immense wealth

So, people believe these animals are lucky charms and use them in daily wear or decorative objects in the house
Vastu = Vibes 🏡

Vastu pretty much means to have elements of your house in the right positions as vastu perfect homes attract prosperity.

People used to improve their Vastu by:
Putting money plants in green vases
Having a pretty house entrance
Brightening the corners of rooms
Karma is a 🤭

Karma simply means what you give always comes back, which can be either positive or negative.

Helping those in need of financial assistance and those who are less fortunate is believed to result in a reward from the universe *wink wink*!
Respect ✊

Money isn’t easy to come by. You put your time, sweat and blood into it.

Don’t disrespect something that you’ve worked for several hours in your life.

Track your expenses, invest, and multiply your wealth to last you an entire lifetime.

Y’all remember Michael Burry?

The guy who figured out in 2006 that the housing market would crash eventually because of the mortgage defaults and so he bet against it and made nearly $800 mn for himself and his investors 🤯

Yeah, he just bet against Tesla 😬
Burry isn’t Elon Musk’s biggest fan and has said that Tesla “overpromises and underdelivers” which led to him betting against Tesla!

He had previously bet half a billion dollars against Tesla but recently changed it to $731mn, nearly 35% of their company’s $2bn fund!
This simply means that if Tesla stock prices dip below a certain level, he will be able to sell those stocks back to his broker for the same price he bought them for! 📈

It also means that if the price of the stock increases, he will have to pay extra and lose money! 📉

The power of Redditors 💪

The Wall Street David v/s Goliath story👇

It all started when a Redditor noticed that a hedge fund had taken a huge amount of short trades against GameStop and posted on the popular Reddit page #wallstreetbets, which is fond of targeting short-sellers
The Redditors on the thread joined forces and bought as much GameStop stock as possible 💰

This made the price rise exponentially and hedge funds short position started to lose billions

So, the short-sellers had to buy shares to cover their losing bids

#reddit #GameStop
Tesla boss @elonmusk aka “Papa Musk” tweeted Gamestonk!!", along with a link to the Reddit page which acted as a catalyst to the whole fiasco and sent the stock price to dizzying new heights 🚀
