Among the supporters of VP Leni who joined the motorcade are the Natividad couple, who said VP Leni helps the people through her Angat Buhay program. “Talagang para sa masa siya.”

Cecille Tamares brought her granddaughter to the motorcade. She admits voting for Bongbong Marcos in 2016 but now proudly supports VP Leni. As a Cebuano, she doesn’t think the Bongbong-Sara Duterte meeting in Cebu will affect support for VP Leni who won in Cebu in 2016.

Women lawyers also came out in support of VP Leni, whom they praised for her integrity.

A party-list group was among those who joined the motorcade in support of VP Leni. Bunyog party-list natl secgen Robert “Culex” Soliman says they see in VP Leni real change, honest governance and the willingness to listen to the people.

Ernani Paz: For the sake of decency and freedom of this country, democracy, we support Leni.

Supporters of VP Leni also dropped by the headquarters of ABS-CBN in Quezon City. The network’s closure is one of the biggest issues under the Duterte administration.
