On-field or off-field, #Dhoni is very particular and disciplined about his workout routine and never misses out a day of it.
In an old interview from 2006, he revealed his dislike for gym workout. “I even don’t know the secret because I really don’t do the gym works and all. Sports training I did is helping me a lot”.
Another thing he likes? Team workouts!
He loves to work out together with his teammates which help in bonding as well as build team spirit. He is renowned for his athletic spirit and once beat out his 20 something team player, Hardik Pandya in a 100-meter dash race!
He focusses on exercises which improve his strength, bone density and cardiovascular health. Some exercises which he does include Dumbbell chest press, One leg Deadlifts, V Grip pull down, Machine Chest Press and several variations of lunges.
Dhoni has mastered doing the squats and can even perform intense versions of the exercise. Squats are also for your body and provide benefits like weight loss, hip strengthening, toning and more.
His personal trainer once revealed that #MSD loves playing competitive sports like badminton and football in between matches and likes to switch it up with these games between his gym sessions.
He loves eating ghar ka khana, avoids too much of carbs and fats. He focusses on getting his share of nutrition and does not easily give in to temptations. In fact, he credits his fitness to his ever-changing dietary habits.
"When I made my debut, it used to be butter chicken, naan, milkshakes with lots of chocolates & soft drinks. After 28, the chocolate was off, the milkshake was off. After (quitting) Test cricket, all the healthy food came in. The bread, the kebabs all those things came in,"
Hydration is another thing he is super strict about. One can always spot him drinking energy juices, protein shakes and of course, water!

The No. 1 indicator of how well you're going to do after a heart attack is how fast you recognize your symptoms.
Apart from the classic chest pain symptom, heart attacks have other symptoms like nausea, extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, and feeling generally unwell.
Doctors recommend that if you feel any of the above symptoms, you should call an ambulance immediately.
There's a strong relation between when you start to have your heart attack and how fast doctors can open up the blocked coronary artery. The shorter the time, the better.
According to Dr. Bikram Kesharee Mohanty, “In a healthy person, if the hs CRP level is high, it is an indicator that the individual has got more possibilities to have blockages in the heart arteries, heart attack, sudden heart arrest"
Dr. Vivek Chaturvedi adds, “Cardio C-Reactive Protein or HSCRP is a test that has recently come into prominence, and is available as part of various investigation packages. It is a marker of low level chronic or long-standing inflammation."
The wives of Bollywood stars mostly stay away from the limelight, but many of them have managed to make a name & a career for themselves which is beyond acting.
They are striving on their own and have made extremely successful career paths.
It's the practice of sending out signals of interest without intending to commit.
Also called 'leading someone on'
A breadcrumber would send signals like short texts or Instagram likes, indicating that they like you but are unlikely to pursue a relationship.
2. Love Bombing
A love bomber would try to win someone over by lavishing attention, gifts and affection on them.
These are not genuine gestures, but rather a manipulative ploy used by narcissistic & abusive people to acquire control & make others unhealthily dependent on them.
