The leg of the train journey from London to @COP26 is continuing to be a little on the problematic side …
For anyone who cares for an update on the @LNER @AvantiWestCoast will-we-get-to-COP26-before-it-finishes saga…
We’ve got as far as Doncaster.

Essentially, this is a story of so much promise that ended in acrimony and sadness. With family breakdowns on both sides (Harry and Meghan’s). It’s a pretty sad situation all round

If anyone was in any doubt that Harry and Meghan plan to blame his family and the press for their exit from the UK and the Royal Family, not anymore.
Prince Harry in the second @netflix trailer: “ There is leaking, but there is also the planting of stories”.
Harry talked about the “pain and suffering of women marrying into this institution”
In this clip from the @netflix docu-series, the Duke of Sussex refers to it “as a dirty game”.
Confirmation from @netflix that Harry and Meghan series will drop episodes 1-3 on Thursday 8 December (exactly 3 month after day the Queen died) and episodes 4-6 on December 15. Image

Unbelievable images and sounds as the Queen’s coffin is taken in procession from Westminster Hall to @wabbey on a gun carriage pulled by 142 Royal Navy men and women.
Led massed Pipes and Drums if Scottish and Irish Regiments, Gurkhas and RAF
Solemn. Stunning. Ceremonial
Inside @wabbey Prince George 9, and Princess Charlotte 7, walk behind the coffin their great-grandmother (GanGan).
They walk between William & Kate and Harry & Meghan.
Behind the coffin in Procession is The King and Queen Consort and the late Queen’s other children

Moving moment in Westminster Hall as Prince Harry stands with his brother, Prince William - both in uniform - and their other cousins as 8 grandchildren hold a vigil at the coffin of their grandmother The Queen.

Harry stood at the foot of the coffin. William at the head.
The youngest James, just 14, was in the middle.
Also present, Lady Louise, @yorkiebea Princess Eugenie, Zara Tindal, Peter Phillips.
Mourners continued to file past the coffin as the Prince of Wales, Duke of Sussex and their cousins kept vigil.

There has been an incident in Westminster Hall where a member of the public rushed at the Queen’s coffin and catafalque.
Individual was quickly taken to the floor by police officers and removed from the hall.
But other mourners at the Lying-in-State looked on in horror.
The @metpoliceuk says:
“22:00hrs on Friday 16 September officers from the Met's Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command detained a man in Westminster Hall following a disturbance.
He was arrested for an offence under the Public Order Act and is currently in custody”.
