As Michael Flynn is trending, I thought that I might not have to post the link to the so-typical hit piece that is causing the trend. But, alas, I have to. Here it is:

2) Quote 1: "They wanted to gather intelligence on senators, judges, congressmen, state reps, to move them towards the audit. The word 'move' was emphasized tremendously," Stern said. "What they wanted was to extort and to literally move people towards the audit with dirt."

3) Quote 2: "Stern was told to gather intelligence and to "accomplish the mission even if you have to use domestic terrorism."

"The severity and the danger of domestic terrorism in this group became very very apparent to me. It was extremely disturbing," Stern said."

4) We'll discuss the logic (actually the illogic) of this hit piece in a moment. And, if you can force yourself to read the whole its self-important purpose will be positively clear to you, as will its complete baselessness. However, I have to share a bit of history, first.

5) Who remembers the Logan Act, and the Left's constant drum beating that Flynn had violated it, was vulnerable to blackmail thereby, and how they successfully ousted him from the role of National Security Advisor with this specious accusation?

6) Painfully, I remember it as if it were yesterday. What's more, in the following years up until Flynn's #PardonOfInncence in 2020, such stories were continually arising anew. There were court cases, and of course the entire travesty of the Mueller Investigation.

7) The formula was always the same. As soon as the first hit succeeded, I dove in and analyzed it, and I published my analysis immediately. Here is the thumbnail version. There were two crimes we knew of for certain, neither committed by General Flynn.

8) The two crimes we knew of for certain were the unmasking of his name from a classified recording, and then its leaking to the press. The slightest logical assessment could not possibly refute the true existence, the certain truth of those two crimes. And Flynn was the victim.

9) By the way, if you go back over the story carefully, Flynn's call with Kislyak was an absolute model of professionalism and the proper execution of his duties, and was 100% successful and beneficial to America and the rest of the world alike. His work was flawless.

10) In the last of their lame duck days, the Obama administration teetered our nation into direct conflict with Russia. Flynn diffused the situation. He deescalated the conflict and that enraged Obama and team.

11) The call in which Flynn did his job so successfully was captured by the NSA, requested by the Administration, listened to, unmasking Flynn's identity and leaking it to the press. Not only are these absolutely criminal acts, the turn the victim into the perpetrator, falsely.

12) In the following months and years the formula was always the same. Take something Flynn did, turn it into a villainous act with unsupported accusations, assume the accusations are true because they've been made, and draw the worst possible conclusion.

13) In this, I played an ongoing role as deconstructive analyst of their lies and evil acts. In so doing I had to address something very, very difficult. Bias. I was 100% biased in Flynn's behalf. I knew him innocent before I read the charges. That's a very hard problem to solve.

14) Boldly, I state that I have the ability to accomplish the task of addressing my own bias. As I am 100% aware of this bias, I have to build mental tools to account for it, to address it. I have done so, and I'll share how it works.

15) The method comes from science, and its called a Negative Hypothesis. When you believe something so strongly that you're vulnerable to confirmation bias, you must generate the precise opposite hypothesis to what you believe. Like so. 'Flynn's guilty as hell.'

16) This negative hypothesis becomes extremely personal, instantly. I had to add, "And with him guilty as hell, you're the biggest fool in the world supporting him as if he were innocent. You're going to have to recant your support, idiot." This I had to say to self.

17) Please mind, this is more than mere mental machination. It is a psychological, emotional, and even spiritual proceedure and it must be done with integrity. I possess the self-awareness and knowledge of how to complete the process, and I did, again and again.

18) In a word, the process demands conversion - hypothetically but with complete emotional and intellectual force - from defender and advocate to prosecutor and accuser. Once that's been done, the next steps are far easier.

19) With prosecutorial zeal, I must make the most damning case against Flynn possible, based on the information in the attack. This attack often took the form of hit pieces like today's. But it also took the form of serious legal documentation. I worked them all the same way.

20) And in every single case over an almost four year period, the result was always the same. It was impossible, as prosecutor, to make an adequate case for conviction based on the information presented. Not one time was there ever a successful charge supported. Not once.

21) The invariable formula was, make something sound really bad, and then draw conclusions founded on baseless accusations. They always demonstrate circular logic at its worst. And they are always rooted in the self-interest of the attacker.

22) I saw myself going before a fair judge, attempting to make the case based on their accusations, and I saw the judge kicking me out of court for having nothing of substance whatsoever. I saw myself humiliated for having no case at all. I never found a decent case.

23) You don't have to believe me, or trust me. But you can if you chose to, because I'm telling you the truth. As I came out of my hypothetical reveries, I would have damned Flynn if I could have. I simply couldn't. He was innocent in every single case.

24) So here we are in 2021, more than 4 1/2 years later, and they're still playing the same idiotic game. Look again at my two quotes above. Those two quotes are all they have. They are converting an accusation into evidence of wrongdoing, 100% speciously. Again.

25) And I'll tell you what I have always told General Flynn during this entire period. Specious accusations against him demonstrate the power of his force for good. If the accusations had merit, that would not be the case. But they are perpetually meritless.

26) If you contemplate that, an irrefutable truth arises. Those attacking General Flynn speciously reveal their own culpability. It is the uniform of the cheater they wear. Or perhaps the naked emperor's new clothes they parade so proudly.

27) General Flynn's enemies are Trump's enemies. And Trump's enemies are the dedicated, passionate enemies of the MAGA Movement, previously of the Tea Party, and always the enemies of America Herself. That's why America First makes them so apoplectic.

28) Consider what Saint Peter says in I Peter 4:13.

“But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.”

29) I have always stated unhesitatingly that General Flynn is both the strongest man I have ever known, having suffered more than any living American for his patriotism, and also the strongest man in America, period.

30) There is a strange form of justice available right here in social media. This has trended before. Why don't we make it trend again, now?
