15) Erasmus PlantHealth Scholarship 2021 - Rejected (The rejection that almost got me to a state of depression, that's if I didn't get to that state. I gave my all for it, more than the other two Erasmus programs I applied for and I didn't even make the reserved list 5/n

17) Commonwealth Shared Scholarships (4 Schools, 5 Programs), 2021- Rejected.
18) Mandela-Rhodes Scholarship 2021 - Rejected
19) BSPP MSc Scholarship for Plant Pathology at Harper Adams University, 2021 - Rejected 6/n

20) MSc in Global Plant Health Scholarship at the University of East Anglia, 2021 - Rejected
21) PAU Scholarship, 2020 & 2021 - Rejected.

Plus numerous graduate positions I applied for, and countless cold emails that I sent to Professors since 2020 and I got REJECTED. 7/n

BUT I KEPT HOPE ALIVE, kept applying, and improving on my applications.

And God came through, I got 3 Scholarship Offers.

22) Food and Agriculture Organization Scholarship 2021 - Accepted
23) Polish Government Scholarship (NAWA) 2021 - Selected but I declined the offer 8/n

24) Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship 2021 - Selected but I declined the offer

We have the future, let's stay focused despite the hurdles and we will realize it! Why do you think that Solomon, the supposedly wisest man that ever lived, said in his Proverbs (24:10) dat 9/n

“if you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is little”? It's because this journey is not for the weak at all. Consistency is the key to getting anything in this life.

Any goal worth shooting is worth shooting at repeatedly till accomplished... 10/n

Setting a target is cheap but focus/consistency is expensive. The goal is the goal. Don't loose-guard.
