Shooting before 8a.
911 caller tracked their stolen vehicle to Lowry Ave N & Dupont and told dispatcher the person/suspect shot at him. The vic said he had the suspect at gunpoint.
Police arrived and one person was down with a gunshot.

There is a Milestone surveillance camera at this location, but it wasn't working at the time of the shooting. 🙄
Pics/post from Phillip Murphy--True North group. The stolen vehicle was towed to forensics. MFD was called to "wash down" two separate spots [generally the bloody biohazard]. 
Sounded like the GSW victim was/is a 23? yr old M with GSW to head and hand. Transported as a "red" condition [serious].
EMS also stated they weren't sure if the head wound was a GSW or not.
