'착호갑사(chak-ho-gab-sa)'mentioned in Chakho from Hybe Brieing orignally means the special tiger-hunting forces organized under royal order by Joseon's kings. You might already have already seen one in Kingdom, the Netflix series. 
Although there are no tigers in the wild anymore in the Korean peninsula, back in the time it was super common. And tigers often attacked people in rural areas and killed them:the kings of Joseon Dynasty took it seriously and formed a special forces to hunt them.
The force consists of people who passed a very rigorous tests-- who are extremely skilled at using heavy vows, spears, and good at running and lifting. The first Chakho force recorded in the history goes back to early 1400s.
Besides the physical damage tigers can do, back in times Koreans belived that a person killed by a tiger would become a ghost that serves the very tiger (tigers used to be treated a very spiritual animal)-and comes back to their family to lure them to be the prey of the tiger.
So any family that has someone killed by a tiger were avoided to the extreme.. the family members, not only the direct ones but even their remote relatives were not able to get married. The ghost is called "창귀 Chang-gwi".

Anyway in Hybe's Original Story that will feature BTS members will set in a slight dystopian near-future where monsters named "Beom(범, which also means tiger)" invade the city.
