“*Salva Kiir* (President of #SouthSudan) is sick with HIV/AIDS”, according to *Makuei Deng Majuch* - former IGP of the southern Sudan National Police Service - and *Ateny Wek Ateny* - spokesman in the Office of the President.

That is why they have both colluded to use an alleged HIV/AIDS diagnosis of the South Sudanese President, Salva Kiir, to promote a malicious lie about why a British citizen and a medical doctor - *Dr. Ding Col Dau Ding* - was murdered in Juba on the night of 27 October 2015.
They have promoted that Dr. Ding was killed by the National Security Service of the South Sudanese government in order to keep Salva Kiir’s health status a secret.
They have promoted for 6 years that Dr. Ding was killed to stop him from talking about Salva Kiir’s alleged HIV/AIDS diagnosis following his departure back home to the UK from #SouthSudan on the morning of 28 October 2015.
This was a deranged and absurd lie against both Dr. Ding and against the President of South Sudan. Dr. Ding knew nothing about the health status of Salva Kiir.
Dr. Ding never ever met nor treated Salva Kiir for any illness. So from where and from whom did both Makuei Deng Majuch - who is HIV/AIDS disease positive himself - and Ateny Wek Ateny get this private and personal health information regarding the President of South Sudan?
Why have Makuei Deng and Ateny Wek both attempted for six years to intentionally incriminate and blame the President of #SouthSudan for the killing of a British citizen; and to bring unwanted and unnecessary investigative attention upon the personal health status of Salva Kiir?
Makuei Deng Majuch and Ateny Wek Ateny now have some serious questions to answer regarding their accusation that a British medical doctor was murdered on the 27 October 2015 by the NSS of the government of #SouthSudan because the President is allegedly HIV/AIDS disease positive.
Dr. Ding was not murdered by the NSS of the government of #SouthSudan.
Dr. Ding was murdered by four South Sudan National Police Service (SSNPS) policemen who are still directly associated with Makuei Deng Majuch even to this day; 6 years after they murdered a British citizen.

Once Makuei Deng knew about his SSNPS policemen’s participation in the killing of Dr. Ding, he chose to use the alleged HIV/AIDS disease diagnosis of Salva Kiir to try to get help and support from the Office of the President in his desperate efforts at a cover-up of the murder.
Ateny Wek Ateny and *Bol Wek Agoth * - the former Chief of State Protocol and the acting administrator in the Office of the President of #SouthSudan - both chose to wilfully help Makuei Deng Majuch in his attempts to obstruct justice and pervert the course of justice.

All of this has been in desperation to try to save the co-conspirators in Dr. Ding’s murder from having to face justice and punishment - i.e. *Mathew Aluong Makor*, *Thon Wal*, *Adut Mach* and *Daniel Awet Mach*.
