In 2 months, I:

β€’ got 1.2M impressions
β€’ went from 54 to ~1,500 followers

Here are 9 tweets on how I've 30x my audience πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡
1. Decide to commit.

On the 1st of Sept., I've decided to commit to Twitter.

Still, I've only committed consistently by the 13th of Sept.

I had 54 followers by then. Almost 20 followers 2 weeks before that.

2. Tweet often and make experiments

Started to write threads using different writing styles.

Experiments are huge.

I've used storytelling, bullet-point lists and settled my year-end goals.

3. Come up with frameworks

I've come up with frameworks on how to create content people love.

Continued iterating and engaging. All I was looking for was to provide value and get people to join this journey along with me.

4. Engage with people: add value

Created an accountability group, gathering 15-20 people, but it didn't work out as I was hoping for.

Decided to double down on my efforts to meet my year-end goals and build a community in public.

5. Keep your ego in check

Don't fall into the trap of letting your followers count dictate who you are.

This was a reminder I wrote to myself. Everything's about consistency.

Had to remember: followers count != value.

6. Be disciplined

I've worked into establishing ground rules for my commitment.

The best advice? Treat your content creation as a professional athlete.

Make sure to find the balance between my full-time job and creating content.

7. Help others succeed, and you'll succeed

Realized how much helping others has no cost at all.

Followed the steps of others before me and it led me to incredible opportunities.

8. Look up for your role models

I've looked up to my role models and tried to emulate what they've done.

Realized that's the best way to grow: by pursuing other people's success steps.

9. Get inspiration

To create content you must get inspired first. Nothing comes from nothing.

This has also been my first "viral" thread. Seems people find it useful.

Balancing our full-time job and content creation is hard.

Still, in ~7weeks I tweeted for 35 days straight:
~1.380 tweets
27 tweets/day avg.
6 "original"
21 by engaging

And got:
~700k impressions
~3.700 profile clicks

Here are 12 strategies on how to do it πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡
1/ Plan your week in advance

Every Sunday I plan my week before I focus on creating content.

This will give you clarity about what matters for each day of the week and allow you to block time to take care of your content accordingly.
2/ Define your Thread day

Having a well-defined day to publish your thread makes a huge difference when it comes to being consistent in the long term.

A lot of work goes before publishing, that way you'll be able to focus on every small task to ship the thread you want. Image

Growing on Twitter is hard.

Even though I was able to 10x my Audience in ~6 weeks πŸ”₯

Since the past 13th Sept. I went from 54 to ~580 followers 🀯

Here are my results, and 10 tactics to help you grow πŸ‘‡
0. Before digging into what I've done, let's set the foundations:

β€’ Bring value
β€’ Tweet 3-5 times a day
β€’ Engage with people (Comment, Reply, DM them)
β€’ Optimize your Profile
1. What the heck "Bring value" means?

To me, you can bring value if you:

β€’ Curate the best creators on a specific topic
β€’ Bring your own insights about a specific topic

In my case?

I share successful stories, my perspectives on how to grow on Twitter, and my learnings.

I've created 100+ C-level presentations over the past 3 years.

Here are 10 learnings to help you create $1M+ presentations:
1. Understanding a C-Level presentation deck

Most of the times C-level presentations are sent by e-mail and you're not the one who presents them.

That means the presentation has to have all the information so people can understand it and take action.

Eg.: project status.
2. Start with a sheet of paper

Write down the key messages and call-to-actions you need them to take from the deck, and pin-point the needed information/data.

Eg.:
β€’ Roadmap can be compromised if we don't mitigate risks;
β€’ Identify the whats, hows and whys.

How to create great content?

5 frameworks to start using today πŸ‘‡
1. Be Original, just enough

Nothing is 100% original, and the more you strike out on your own path, the less you know where it’s heading.

Novelty is a risk.

Too much of it, and you’ll fail.
Too little of it and you'll become redundant.

Shoot for a balance of both.
To find that balance apply the "gaming" framework: when making a new game, change only one element from what came before.

β€’ Format – P.C., internet, mobile, etc.
β€’ Content – e.g. build and conquest, first-person shooter, etc.
β€’ Topic – Dragons, Vikings, Space, Mafia, etc.
