When I was growing my business I use to work a B2B sales job from 7am - 5pm daily.

During the day while doing sales zoom calls - I also was answering biz calls, and booking in appointments for cleaning customers.

Also managing around 15-20 cleaners.

Once 5pm hit daily, I would quickly eat dinner and then I would go do quality checks on my commercial contracts till 2AM.

EVER SINGLE DAY / M-F

Then on weekends my business had some of the busiest days, Sat/Sun were peak days for appointments as well as commercial cleans.
I woke up around 7/8AM answering calls and answering any customer inquiries.

Then starting my day checking on appointments and making sure quality control is high.

After the day was done I would be answering emails till around 9PM then go checking on commercial cleans till 2AM
This went on for almost 2 years.

I did this all wrong.....

I had zero systems in place and had zero understanding of how to template workflows or utilize automation.

I talk a lot about these two topics - using as much leverage as possible to outsource work. Because....
I do not want you to end up like I was.

Build the assets - templates and workflows early on and you will save yourself an insane amount of work in the long run.

Take it from me - literally the guy that almost worked himself to death.
And yes i did almost work myself to death.

Constant heart burn living off caffeine and a absolute horrible diet.

4 hours of sleep a night

It’s a downhill spiral fast. I am proud of my hard working mindset but don’t get stuck on the path of most resistance while working hard
