2 years ago I had no idea what I was doing with my life.
I was in a failing relationship, I was running myself into more and more debt monthly, and really had zero financial intelligence and felt lost.
Now fast forward 2 years...🧵
1/ I now have 3 businesses, I own a condo living in the city I have always loved, and I make more in 1 month than I did in a full year.
How did I get here?
2/ Firstly, I owe it to say this - I would not be here where I am without my parents - they have always been a soundboard for everything in my life.
They have talked sense into me when I have needed it.
3/ When I was first launching my business and the other businesses - they had nothing but confidence in me that I was going to succeed.
It's easy to get lost in life...
4/ especially when you get trapped on a runway and continue to go down that path - life goes by fast daily and it can be easy to get off track and continue on the wrong path - that was me 2 years ago.
5/ I was working a 9-5 (I have nothing against 9-5's by the way.) and I was continually was spending MUCH more than I was making - credit card debt was going up and I was doing zero investing.
6/ One day on my drive home from work (I daydream a lot when I drive.)
I had the idea to launch a cleaning business - my parents use to own a Commercial Cleaning business when I was younger (they sold it) so I understood the fundamentals of the industry.
7/ I have literally been in this industry since I was in diapers. lol
I decided to start this cleaning business fully remote - I was living in Philly and I launched it in my hometown in Canada BC.
8/ Little did I know a small house cleaning business would snowball into grossing revenue of 20k per month in under my first year.
I was able to leverage that cash flow to pay off all my credit cards - all my loans - and I had a 20k/month cash-flowing business.
9/ WAS IT EASY? Not at all.
I was working a 9-5 full time and running a business remotely, it was hard - I worked 10-15 hour days 7 days a week for over a year straight.
10/ My work visa ended, I moved back home - then I went all - in on my business - I started implementing systems, I automated, and I scaled even larger.
AND now here we are doing 50k+ months and working less than 10 hours a week.
11/ This is a high level summary and does not go into a ton of detail but...what I will say is I had a small dream that day when I was driving and had a business idea.
I think thats all you really need in life....

Here's how I added 50k per month in cash flow, with only 2k upfront capital.
If you are looking for more cashflow, you just stumbled upon a gold mine.
🧵
1/ When I was looking to start my first business I was searching through different industries and noticed a ton of businesses either required large upfront capital to start or it took long to start positively cash flowing.
2/ Then, I stumbled across the cleaning industry...
An industry where clearing 10k, 25k, 50k months was achievable... all with at most a few hundred dollar start-up cost.
So you want to make 100k a year in your house cleaning business? It is very possible!
I actually bet you could be making 10k months within your first year.
//THREAD// 🧵
Here are 7 tips to break down exactly how to start making 10k a month from a business that costs as little as 2-3k capital to start.
Let's start with bottlenecks of the industry -
1. Quality Control 2. Hiring Quality Cleaners 3. Cleaner Reliability 4. Not Delegating
👇👇👇
1. Hiring Due Diligence - Be strict with who you hire - Key Things: How long they are looking to work for you, do they want full-time or part-time work, how many years of experience do they have, are they reliable, and can they provide character references.
If you master this you will dominate and you will build yourself a life changing cash flowing business.
🧵
1/ The residential cleaning industry has a ton of opportunity right now and its only escalating - House cleaning use to be a luxury and now it's a service everyone wants.
Even peaking higher interest due to COVID-19.
2/ People hire a cleaner and once they experience the feeling of coming home from work to a nice clean house... there is no going back. They are hooked!
LTV of customers is INSANE and the CAC is insanely low.
