6 Step Roadmap to turn your free Twitter account into a 10k/month side hustle

🟒 What you need:
A Twitter account
1 hour a day

❌ What you don't need:
Email list
Lead Magnet
Landing Page
Fancy Marketing
Twitter growth course

*THREAD*
Most people waste their time on Twitter scrolling down the rabbit hole of their timeline

You can use that same time to make a few extra thousand every month

And you don't need any fancy marketing or copywriting to do it.

I'm going to walk you through the process step by step
1) Pick a Niche

Best niches to make money in are:
> Health
> Wealth
> Relationships

Why? Because most people's biggest problems fall into one of these buckets so that's where most of the money is.

After picking a niche, you are going to get drill down with step 2...
2) Pick an avatar

An avatar is a specific type of person in your niche.

Eg. Let's pick the health niche because it's easy to explain.

Let's say you are a weight loss coach.

You could target
> Busy moms and dads
> Busy entrepreneurs
> College athletes
> etc

Pick ONE
3) Research

What's their biggest and *most immediate* pain point?

Is it knowing what to eat?

Is it knowing how to eat?

Is it finding time to get to the gym?

Is it overcoming limiting beliefs that they can *actually* lose weight?

Best way to do research on Twitter is...
to talk to people 1 on 1.

> Make a list of possible pain points
> Write tweets & threads that help your audience solve these pains
> DM people who engage with your content
> Build rapport + ask questions about their challenges
> Give VALUE

Do this for 10-20 people and you....
will start to see a handful of COMMON PROBLEMS

4) Solve their problems with content

You should now have a clear idea on
> WHO your avatar is
> What *common problems* they face

Now you create content that solves those problems

Again...

DM/Talk to people who engage
5) Create Offer

By now you have a list of problems you can solve.

All you have to do now is create a unique offer to solve their problems.

If their problem is finding time to plan and cook healthy meals?

Create grocery and meal plans then show them how to do meal prep.

Etc
All you have to do is reverse the problems from the research you did and turn them into solutions (aka OFFERS)

"Ok but how I actually get a paying client?"

Simple.

Last step πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
6) Get them on a call and close

After building rapport and qualifying your prospects in your DMs

Invite them to get on a call with you.

Use the call to

a) Diagnose their problem
b) See if there's a good fit

If you think it's a good fit...
Pitch them your offer.

Congrats! You just got your first client.

Get two clients at $2,000/month and you're already making an extra $4,000 per month

4-5 clients and you're on the path to hitting your first 6 figures online

One more thing...

Denis Villenueve made the impossible:

A movie adaptation of Dune that impressed fans of the book.

The interesting thing you don't know?

It began with three crumpled boxes full of science fiction magazines he got when he was 10 years old.

Time for a story THREAD

πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
1) First, some history...

If you've seen Villenueve's films before, you'll notice he has a unique aesthetic to his films.

This is 100% intentional.

He fell in love with science fiction after his aunt gave him three boxes filled with science fiction magazines at age 10...
β€œAs a boy, I was in love with science as much as science fiction”

He devoured those magazines and became obsessed with science fiction.

But it wasn't until he read Frank Herbert's epic novel did he combine his love for Science Fiction with Cinema.

Most successful creators end up selling out.

They sacrifice the ONE THING that made them successful to chase money and fame.

The only mainstream exception?

Kanye West.

Here's how Ye uses this ONE THING to outperform everyone else.

Story thread time πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
The one thing I'm talking about?

An insatiable curiosity.

Crazy as it sounds, even though Kanye is best known for his music, he's not *really* a musician.

β€œI’m a creator. Like Walt Disney or something. Like rap is just a chamber of my thoughts."

It's this voracious hunger...
to satisfy his natural curiosities which makes him such an enigma, even to his most loyal fans.

Every time Kanye drops a new album says something wild, or announces a new project?

We hear the same complaint

"I miss the old Kanye"

Why?

Because...

Want to make money from Twitter but don't have an audience yet?

I've helped several creators go from 0 to 5k to 10k and over 20k followers.

Here's 5 Shortcuts you can take to go from 0 to 2000 followers in 30-60 days

Let's get started πŸ‘‡
Why 2,000 followers?

Because in order to monetize your account, you need an engaged audience of at least 1,000-2,000 followers

If you apply the tips I'm about to share here...

You can realistically hit 2k followers in as little as 1-2 months

# 1 Optimize Your Profile

People overthink their profile but it boils down to just two things;

a) A good profile pic

b) Bio which highlights ONE thing you want to be known for

Best way to learn is with examples

In each of these brands, there is NO confusion as to...

πŸ“• 7 uncommon non-fiction books every man must read

Hint: you won't find any of these titles on your guru's reading list

πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
1) The Conquest of Happiness - Bertrand Russell

Don't let the cheesy name fool you.

This book goes deep on what causes unhappiness and happiness.

Written in 1930, the lessons are just as applicable today if not more.

If you only read one book from this list, make it this one
2) Rebel without a crew - Robert Rodriguez

True story about how a 23 year old filmmaker made a feature length film on a $7,000 budget and sold it to one of the biggest players in Hollywood.

A must read for all creative people.

Extremely under rated autobiography.

Threads are the # 1 moonshot strategy to grow your Twitter following.

Ex: @shaanvp gained 20k followers in 24 hrs from ONE thread.

Building an audience on Twitter boils down to one thing:

Optimising for shareability.

On Twitter, this means retweets.

You might have the best content on the platform but who cares if no one is seeing it?

The solution:

Start by asking β€œwhat do you want them to feel?”...
Step # 1 pick a core emotion

There are 8 core emotions that maximize shareability

1) NSFW that's crazy!
2) LOL that's so funny
3) OHHH *now* I get it!
4) WOW that's amazing!
5) AWW that's sooo cute
6) YAY that's great news!
7) WTF that pisses me off
8) FINALLY someone said it!
