The issue is most are so inflamed, malnourished, and dysfunctional dopamine receptor system, moderation can be impossible as it fills that gap for them.

The connection here is GABA/glutamate balance.

Hyper intelligence correlates with hyper calcium-glutamatergic activity with GABA deficiency.

Solve that and you solve the mental illness and suicidality.

I was homeless most of my life and my wife been catching me up on all the wonders of life. 😂
I started teaching myself biochemistry and pharmacology at age 13 when I had online access (library, school, friends houses) and at public libraries, then I recently began learning about nutrition in 2017-2019 after learning how to induce an accelerated learning state.
I’ve learned more in the past 5 years than most people do in their entire lives.
