Role of Glycation in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Prevention through Nymphaea Species ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…

My favorite genus of herbal medicines definitely played a major role in my health recovery and restoring my vision.
Lotus for life.
Waiting on a final ingredient from Poland and then I’ll be putting together a lotus-centric blend as well.
It was really pricy and difficult to find so it may be replaced with rose petals after I go through all of it, but it will be worth sharing this blend with you all.

I was homeless most of my life and my wife been catching me up on all the wonders of life. 😂
I started teaching myself biochemistry and pharmacology at age 13 when I had online access (library, school, friends houses) and at public libraries, then I recently began learning about nutrition in 2017-2019 after learning how to induce an accelerated learning state.
I’ve learned more in the past 5 years than most people do in their entire lives.

This is the first mistake women make with the copper IUD.

Copper toxicity is as severe in side effects as synthetic estrogens/progestins are and can actually lead to infertility, especially on low zinc diets (vegan, vegetarian, plant-based).
It also worsens the menstrual period severely as I’ve outlined in past threads.

Women in general are more prone to copper toxicity due to the relationship between copper and estrogen.

You’re better off learning the Fertility Awareness Method and forgoing BC altogether.
It’s not like your doctor will tell you this either.

It’s cannabis, you could just quit by will power alone like I did.

But to make it easier, switch to solely oral consumption. The smoke/vapor triggers inflammation that prompts more smoking/vaping to relieve it. Taper dosage gradually down over a couple weeks.
Nutritional repletion to surplus, daily sun exposure especially at sunrise and midday for endogenous dopamine and beta-endorphin, start lifting if you haven’t already.

Use other tools to relieve inflammation/pain like topical MgCl, black seed oil, various herbal medicines.
Implement zero tolerance dietary framework.

Consume lots of seafood daily for the omega-3 fatty acids for endocannabinoid production. Preferably raw.

Supplement Agmatine and niacin to reduce tolerance.

Include lion’s mane extract to black seed oil. Fresh is fine.

For copper, increase redox and Metallothionein production with sunlight, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, glycine, cysteine, glutamic acid, and necessary B vitamins (both go hand in hand), include IP6 (phosphorus), boron, and molybdenum.
Must pair with a form of soluble fiber or another binding agent to bind the copper and bile for excretion, otherwise it’s reabsorbed.

Production and release of proopiomelanocortin (POMC) derived peptides by human melanocytes and keratinocytes in culture: regulation by ultraviolet B reader.elsevier.com/reader/sd/pii/…

Midday UVB exposure is crucial to proopiomelanocortin production.
Midday exposure is crucial to any and all addiction recovery protocols.

We evolved as a species to become addicted to sunlight. The only source of endogenous opiate production that doesn’t produce withdrawal syndrome. Image
