You know the drill - another week, another @zilliqa weekly update... and goodness has there been a slew of protocol, ecosystem, and community news that surfaced recently.

There's DEXs, partnerships, token metrics, community initiatives, and more.

1⃣ @Token_Traxx (TT) collaborates with @zilliqa, choosing the L1 protocol for its linear and robust scalability in preparation of 'outside-in' adoption.

TT is an NFT music platform founded by @milesleonard and @TommyDanvers, both holding prolific status in the industry.

1⃣ (Cont.) @Token_Traxx recognises the flaws in the music industry and is rectifying issues such as fair play/use through NFTs and blockchain technology:

'Be it performers, recording studios, collectors and fans, everyone gets rewarded and engaged.'

2⃣ @LunarCRUSH's @LunrToken - $LUNR - a ZRC-2 token on #Zilliqa, accumulated 100,000 transactions in just 25 days.

LunarCrush is seeing mass adoption on its platform since their recent revision, and the number of users is only increasing.

2⃣ (Cont.) To put their phenomenal growth into perspective, in just two weeks @LunarCRUSH userbase grew to the size that the team expected to see after a couple of years.

3⃣ @blox_sdk had unveiled #play2earn game @battle_mechs along with the native $GEMZ currency which is on sale today (ratio 6.5 $ZIL : 1 $GEMZ): battlemechs.co

$GEMZ is both a reward and payment token which will be used to purchase cosmetics, runes, and consumables.

4⃣ @Zilliqa announced working on bonded ZIL - $bZIL - which will allow stakers to use their staked $ZIL across the ecosystem, with current sentiment being #DeFi dApps and services (e.g Pillar Protocol collateral $PIL, liquidity on @ZilSwap DEX)

5⃣ @XcademyOfficial will integrate ZRC-2 tokens into their DEX. Holders will be able to LP their ZRC-2 assets against XCAD (also a ZRC-2) that will in turn benefit XCAD scarcity.

Additionally, new users will be introduced to the rest of the #Zilliqa ecosystem via this.

5⃣ (Cont.) $dXCAD token introduced as LP incentive which can be staked in single asset pools to return ZRC-2 tokens, the example used being $dXCAD <> $CARB.

Furthermore, the introduction of single asset staking on XCAD DEX will allow for $XCAD staking.

6⃣ @StraitsX now allows users to instantly convert $SGD from their bank account into $XSGD on the #Zilliqa blockchain.

$XSGD also circulates on #Ethereum, but the predominant supply is on Zilliqa - It's cheaper and faster to after all.

7⃣ @zilhive introduced wave 11 grants for projects building on #Zilliqa. These projects include @invopayfinance (my personal favourite), @heyalfie_io, @must_pool, and Cerchia Prediction Market.

8⃣ @contact_carbon are polishing their DEX 'CarbSwap' which will be released soon, adding another DEX to the #Zilliqa ecosystem (alongside XCAD and @ZilSwap.)

Graphene is a Zilliqa sidechain built on Cosmos which is also a project under CARBON.

8⃣ (Cont.) There is a lot going on with @contact_carbon that should be under your radar. I recommend giving them a follow, read their posts, and check out their progress.

9⃣ @zilkroad_dex is an upcoming NFT DEX that will stand amongst the existing NFT DEXs and services on #Zilliqa. If you're an NFT artist, perhaps consider dropping the team a message to have your artwork ZRC6/7 compliant and released on Day 1.

NOTE: The more alert may have noticed the lack of weekly updates for the past several weeks. My reasoning for this is the time I have to allocate to my studies. I still strive to produce weekly threads, but note they may not be in regular intervals.

NOTE: The updates included in this thread are selected subjectively. So much happens in the Zilliqa ecosystem daily - take a deep dive yourself and explore the goings on. Just because Zilliqa might not say something on Twitter one day doesn't mean the entire ecosystem is silent.

@zilliqa Heh, you can tell I've not done this for the past several weeks... I've even forgot to include the usual image at the start of the thread! Ah well, posting it here for my sake!
