BREAKING: Republicans propose new #congressional redistricting map, likely two safe Democratic seats dispatch.com/story/news/pol…
Told to expect shape files tomorrow, not tonight but if anyone can work from PDF into Dave's magic... this is beyond my skill set.
Expect this map to pass the Ohio Senate Local Govt & Elections committee and get a floor vote tomorrow (11/16) then House Gov't Oversight committee Wednesday and floor vote Thurs.

Follow @AnnaStaver for updates this week because I scheduled an ill-timed (or aptly timed) vacay.
.@OhioSenateDems first saw PDF of the map at 8:02 p.m. tonight.

“However, the majority didn’t provide us with the full map data that allows to properly analyze the partisan breakdown.”

Under the proposed Democrat map, Forest Park would be in the 29th district but keep it with Springdale, Mount Healthy and North College Hill.

There would be one GOP House district in western Hamilton County, likely pitting Rep. Abrams v. Rep. Seitz. Don't see GOP liking that.
