Said it's not likely they will be called to replace anyone, but they will be kept in the courthouse. Given instruction to not discuss the case or read/watch any accounts of the trial.

The 12 person jury deciding the #Rittenhouse trial:
- 7 women
- 5 men
- One is hispanic, the rest are white.
Attorneys were told to stay within 10 minutes of the courthouse in case there are questions asked by the jury during deliberations.
The jurors dismissed, per the pool reporter in the courtroom, were 3 men, 3 women, all white.
Per the pool reporter, "the jury asked for copies of pages 1 through 6 of the jury instructions, and were provided 11 additional copies. Pages 1 through 6 appear to focus the self defense aspects of the case." #RittenhouseTrial

Again, Judge Schroeder said he would check in with the jurors around 5 to see if they wanted to continue tonight, and for how long.

From pool reporter -- Judge is going to get "dressed up" and then dismiss the jury for the evening.
The prosecution and defense attorneys, along with Kyle Rittenhouse, have entered the courtroom. The judge has asked to meet with the attorneys in chambers.

Judge Schroeder said it's been his practice for 20 years, at least, that the defendant makes the selection from tumbler for jurors to be dismissed. #RittenhouseTrial
Today, the jury will get its instructions, hear closing arguments, and then the 12 who will decide Kyle Rittenhouse's fate will be selected and could begin deliberations
Judge Bruce Schroeder is telling the defense he's worried reading the self defense instruction for each count it applies to could essentially bore the jury, because they will be talked at a lot today with instructions and closing arguments.
The defense is explaining why they're motioning for a mistrial.
It's all in connection to the line of Binger's questioning that Judge Schroeder said was an over reach regarding his right to silence before his trial.

Zanin said the reason he was parked there was because he saw fire coming out of the passenger seat of a car there. Said he saw people smashing the car windows.
