Me : I don't have any interest in watching private schoolboys pretending they are superior to everyone. They should just ban it.

We already have a national sport in football, one that we can be proud of where people stand up for what is right and take the knee when it matters.

X : You don't like cricket?
Me : English cricket? No. I don't like it.
X : Rugby?
Me : It's less class ridden than it used to be which means you get a better quality of supporter and player.
X : You really don't like private schools?
Me : I find them offensive.

X : Why the animosity?
Me : Private schools are where lesser kids with rich parents get to steal the future academic education of their betters at comprehensives under the cover of a few bursaries for the gifted poor. No, I don't like them. Never have. Never will.

I'm glad to see "Cambridge call for state pupils to get 93% of places" - thetimes.co.uk/article/cambri… ... it should have happened long ago.

If you want to know how bad things are - just take a look at the cabinet. Over 60% attended private school - inews.co.uk/news/politics/… ... cricket, cabinet, private schools are all part of a very English disease of class, cronyism and corruption.
