just about 1 year after the 2001 anthrax attacks
#Newsweek magazine runs a cover:

Operation Smallpox, Inside the Emergency Plan to Innoculate Every American

check out the entire scanned article in this thread (cont) Image
October 2002 #Newsweek article about #smallpox bioterrorism and the plan to vaccinate every American in the event of a smallpox virus attack

(cont) Image
'The Team' designated to head this smallpox bioterrorism prevention plan included NIAID head Dr. Anthony Fauci, Jerome Hauer (Kroll, SAIC) & HHS head Tommy Thompson

(cont) ImageImage
'How the Virus Works', a neat looking diagram about how smallpox infects the human body w/incubation/infection timeline, as well as a breakdown of the 'New Plan' to vaccinate Americans

(cont) Image
the article incorrectly states that people innoculated from smallpox before 1972 may still have protection even though studies conducted in mid-2002 (before this article came out) already showed that to be false

(cont) Image
a big part of the fear mongering of smallpox 'bioterrorism' was the that the USSR allegedly made hundreds of tons to stockpile as a weapon and those stockpiles went missing... the newest 2021 story about smallpox vials found in a friddge? they all mention Russia's old stockpiles Image

please forgive me I have no idea who im quote tweeting here, but Michael Flynn's friend and co-writer, Michael Ledeen (PNAC) was one of the primary Bush-era neocons hyping up 2001 anthrax fears and lied about it being the work of Saddam Hussein
it may be confusing for some people to understand but it really does appear that a faction of the neocons have replaced a random US adversary like a middle east dictactor for propaganda purposes with this vague/morphable enemy of the 'global elites' and sadly everybody eats it
Michael Flynn knows about 2001 anthrax coming from a US bio-weapons lab, he knows that Dick Cheney and George W were trying to get 300million americans to take the smallpox jab, and yet all this context is erased, you have to ask the question why? its erased on purpose obviously

I love that the owner of New Line Cinema only made 2 films, one a locker room talk 1950s masturbation comedy and the other a super dense psychedelic new age propaganda film for children
Book of Love VS the Last Mimzy, which one do you think is better?
Honestly tho Last Mimzy is pretty sick, the scene with the little girl acting all excited like she’s playing with a toy when the babysitter freaks out at the quantum vortex is great

anybody else think about how weird it is that the OKC bombing itself (a video of it happening) has never been shown but the X-files Fight the Future movie depicts a bombing of an FBI building that looks virtually identical to the OKC 'crater' explosion impact?
I had a friend who was memory researcher at a university about 7 years ago and his idea for a study was to see if people created an imaginary memory of seeing a famous tragic event or accident live on TV or later on video, his initial idea was to use the OKC bombing
after some discussion and back and forth the initial idea of using the OKC bombing was thrown out because people might have genuinely confused the opening scene of X-files Fight the Future in their own memory with visuals of the OKC bombing

one of the best most underrated radio hits of the last 40 years
its brilliant how little electronic stuff is in the song so it somehow doesn't have a cheesy dated production flavor , no hard sampled drums or obvious 808 or FM just a nice soft minimal organ style analog drum beat repeatinng
that little chirp that happens periodically in the song still confuses me every single time that there's a sound effect going off on my computer

added about 30 mins of extra clarifying content and made some corrections/revisios in our previous anthrax episode

Amerithrax 20th Anniversary: St Petersburg Letters, Bruce Ivins' Bilocation & the Anthrax Timeline

soundcloud.com/media-roots/am…
the St Petersburg postmarked (Oct 5th, 2001) 'hoax' anthrax letter sent to Howard Troxler (of the St Petersburg Times) arrived on Oct 7th, 2001, left is an actual photograph of the envelope, right is a recreation of what the letter inside said
the handwriting on the 'hoax' St Petersburg anthrax envelopes sent Sep20th (NYPost & NBC) & Oct5th (Troxler, NYTimes), '01 looks similar to the real anthrax Trenton, NJ envelopes sent Sep18th (NYPost & NBC) & Oct9th (Daschle, Leahy), '01

see comparison image below 'hoax' vs real

i always forget how bad Nightmare on Elm St 4 is, you get tricked by it trying to be a direct continuation of Pt 3: Dream Warriors but it's seriously fucking awful, the Karate brother is unbelievably bad
they also did a good job of marketing the visuals in 4 especially the Freddy soul face belly practical effect, I remember they used to sell that in Halloween shops behind the counter as an expensive prop, nothing will ever beat Freddy worm from Pt 3 tho, all downhill from there
even after the main character's asshole Karate brother dies you are still subjected to another montage scene of the sister practicing with his nunchucks to rock music, horrible
