Noteworthy that scholar-activists relentlessly attack Hindus who just worship or speak at BAPS temple events, de facto accusing them of "connections" to unproven allegations. But no academics will similarly insist that we boycott Salvation Army.

Just another day in #Hinduphobia.

Ironic isn't it, that during the raid on the BAPS temple, local govt. invited Salvation Army to be present. A Christian charity was asked to assist during a raid on a Hindu temple.

This is privilege--implied normalizing that Hindu charities rarely enjoy. nj.com/news/2021/06/h…

The point is that the allegations against these religious organizations are serious and the judicial process will proceed. But the asymmetrical targeting/public lynching of a major Hindu org is striking. Remember what one academic said, as I detailed here:
