Dr. Morris seems to be playing both sides:

And can someone please explain to Morris why the homeless service system is different than hospitals?

We all pay a lot more than our taxes into it, insurance premiums and actual costs of care. And we do have a triage area that some people shouldn't be in, it's called the emergency room. 4/5 #ANCgov

... and this just sounds like Marbut's proxy: ignoring & throwing out work already done, then claim what we really need is jail.
