Get some air, label it right - it’s just a broken expectation. And expectations can be unfair.

That’s okay - you’ll have to stay strong. The question you must seek to answer is “what is it that it is teaching me?”

✨Stop being a cow

What do the cows do? They ruminate.

Chew, rechew the food. But you aren’t one.

Do you finish a book if you read the same page over and over again?

That’s exactly what you’re doing.

You’ve to move on.

The book of life, needs you to turn the pages.

✨Don’t binge to distract.

No. You don’t have to kill yourself slowly by over eating.

Trying to distract yourself through eating junk is going to cost you a lot more than heartbreak.

Go for a walk, go to a pet adoption center - there are many things.

When someone’s snub hits you hard, you’ll be angry and sad at the same time.

The good part? That anger in you can fuel your transformation
