Curious how this impacts airstrike investigation(s)….

Im guessing if the location is on open source websites such as Wikimapia, OSMaps then technically it’s not private and known….?
As pointed out by @TargetCentric the GPS piece isn’t new, but the new rule(?) is an enabler for stricter moderation of these things.

It is rare for Hamas to be so open about their members involvements in these attacks, a shift in policy? Or was a direct decision from them to try instigate something, if so, why? This leaves a lot more questions to be answered in comparison to the “lone-wolf” attacks
Victims of the attack:
1. Eliyahu David Kay who was killed.
2. Rabbi Aharon Yehuda ben Tova who is in critical condition.
3. Rabbi Zeevi Katzenelbogen who is in stable condition and was shot in the arm where the bullet exited his Tefillin.

Ok, summary tweets on the Gulfy McGulfGulf story (I think I got everything)

- Iran said US tried to seize a vessel carrying Iranian crude oil transferred into another tanker and then the IRGCN went after the newly loaded tanker and got it back.
- Vessel is the SOTHYS
- SOTHYS had Iranian crude oil aboard which was denied in China and "sent back"
- IRGCN release footage of them boarding the SOTHYS
- US Navy are in and around the area at the time.
- US Officials say they didn't try board the vessel
- Iran claims they were attempting to seize the vessel.
- Video shows IRGCN and USN getting cozy in the Gulf
- Video has the IRGCN boarding and seizing the vessel
-IRGCN warned the USN to stay away.
- Vessel has been taken to near Bandar Abbas

So, unless I am misunderstanding this Tanker Wars tussle news this morning. An Iranian tanker was STS to another, which was related in some affiliation to the US (somehow) and then Iran realized this and the IRGC seized back that tanker?


Ok, so they reportedly seized the vessel that then was loaded.

So a few options here (I think?) if we take these reports at face value.

- Iran made a bad business deal and then realized that they were doing duped and have seized a vessel(s?)
- Iran claims they knew it was a setup and were ready for it all etc etc.

- these two above are completely incorrect and something else happened
