"If you’re often depressed, read this"

Thread
Breathe.

Your anxiety is lying to you.

Everything’s going to be ok.

Don’t allow your fears or overthinking to hold you back.
Just because you can't find happiness today doesn't mean you never will.
That darkness is not forever.

No matter what you’re going through, don’t lose hope.

Darkness is always followed with light.
Your past experiences do not determine your future.

Give yourself another chance.
Give yourself another day.

You will find the courage eventually, don't give up on yourself just yet.
Trust yourself. You’ve survived a lot, this too will pass.
You're allowed to feel messed up sometimes.

It doesn't mean you're defective - it's means you're human.
Remember that, comparing yourself to others is one of the root causes for feelings of unhappiness and depression.
To avoid depression:

- Drink more water
- Eat less carbs
- Get more sunlight
- Excercise daily
Being busy is a way to prevent negative thoughts from going around your head repeatedly.

Engage in a hobby you enjoy or think you'll enjoy.
Drinking coffee may lower your risk of depression.
Don't look back with regret. Look forward with hope.
I know you are fighting a silent battle,

Stay strong, You'll win.
Repeat after me :

- I'm amazing
- I'm loved
- I'm worthy
- I'm magical
- I'm appreciated and I make the world a better place.

"Meditation for those who think they can't meditate"

| Thread
The first thing is the mindset towards meditation. There's a specific image that people have in their heads.

The sitting upright, cross legged on the floor image with absolutely no thoughts in your head is what people think meditation is.
It is meditation, but it's pretty advanced, & not good for beginners.
Number one, to meditate upright, u need perfect posture, which isn't going to be possible for the average person.
Ppl who do sports or some other athletic activity could sit like this, but not the layman.

"If you sometimes feel you have low self confidence, read this"

Thread
Confidence is not ‘they will like me’.

Confidence is ‘I’ll be fine if they don’t’.
If you know who you really are, what you are capable of and where you headed to, you’ll never seek for validation.

"9-Step Process for Effective Decision Making"

Thread
1. Know Your Goals

It’s much easier to make decisions when you're abundantly clear on:

- What you’re trying to achieve.

- Why you’re trying to achieve it.

- & how you plan on achieving it.
2. Don’t Rush, Take Your Time

Try not to rush into making a big decision that comes your way.

Follow your deadlines but if you need more time to meet them ask for it. Be sure you are not procrastinating.
