The content is almost certainly sourced from the Definitely Real Laptop. There have been QAnon/stolen election cranks circulating bits and pieces of “damning emails” from it for months now.

And the thing is, the laptop’s provenance has always been the dumbest fucking story you could possibly imagine.
Its contents are, therefore, SUPER suspect and not to be trusted. Trusting it is the equivalent of putting in a USB stick that you found in the parking lot.
