I am a skeptical Biden voter who thinks he is doing a *way better* job than I thought he would. I am not a representative voter, but there are probably 10's of millions in US who agree with this, and it is super weird they are never asked their thoughts by mainstream media.
No matter what Trump did to US, the mainstream media would seek out loyal Trump voters to publish their views. No matter what Biden does for US, the mainstream media seeks out loyal Trump voters to publish their views.
Biden helped spearhead critical recovery act then monumental infrastructure bill, with 3rd major piece of legislation close. I am stoked Biden pulled out military out of Afghanistan, and was able to coordinate a massive airlift when the Afghan military collapsed.
Biden's vaccine mandates save lives, and help our economy recover. Biden has taken responsibility for supply chain issues and helped clear up backlogs at docks. And, Biden has avoided my worst fear: nostalgia for pre-1994 clouding his dealings with disloyal Republican opposition.

.@WSJ & @nytimes telling Biden that they don't make the economic news, they just report it: BS. Mainstream media has scrupulously avoided record: job & wage growth, markets, low unemployment filing. Instead they make the economy all about inflation for general public, but ...
Mainstream media does not accurately report on inflation, avoiding obvious transitory impact of pandemic production slowdowns & subsequent soaring demand, record amounts of goods actually being consumed, global nature of it all, or how Biden's work is paying off here ...
Mainstream Media was happy to make economy all about the markets when we actually had empty shelves, mass unemployment, huge lines at soup kitchens under Trump. They *choose* what looks good under Republicans & *choose what looks bad under Democrats. They create the narrative.
Getting a lot of Republican troll accounts pushing some version of: Rittenhouse situation show how far left Democrats have moved, while Republicans have held same principled position. Worth talking about how far right Republicans have moved on: guns, race, justice.
Republican position of any (white) person should be able to walk anywhere with any weapon without any licensing or regulation is *very recent* and way to right of general population. Democratic position has remained basically unchanged in decades.
Trump very clear on Republican position regarding the law & courts: they only back them when a ruling fits them but they will denounce them when it doesn't. Meanwhile Democratic leaders went out of their way to demonstrate their respect for the law, even w/ this terrible showcase
Guns & disease make Republican controlled area so dangerous. Just as looser gun regulation has now become let (white) people bring big guns to protests & shoot without consequence, they are not going to stop at COVID: guarantee all vaccine mandates are gone in the next few years.
Republican propaganda & Mainstream Media bury fact that 8 of 10 states w/ highest violent crime rate voted Trump in 2020 while 7 of 10 lowest voted Biden AND vast majority of deaths in last COVID wave in Republican controlled area (hit unvaccinated living around unvaccinated)
Everything about the Rittenhouse situation is terrifying: He showed up with big gun at a protest for racial justice to terrify people, to silence free speech. He killed a bunch of people with his big gun. The mainstream Republican Party made him a hero.
Before the trial even started, we were facing a situation where the Republican Party was encouraging people to bring big guns to protests to terrify people, letting everyone know the Republican Party would elevate & support people who terrorize people: even when they kill.
There is not hint of sadness or concern about the people Rittenhouse killed, wounded, or otherwise terrorized, because they actually want that. They see violence as a key/necessary mechanism to maintain white rule.
There are Republican governors in: Vermont, Massachusetts, Maryland AND Democratic governors in: Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas. You are going to see a lot of hot-takes about what Virginia's election means for 2022 & 2024: those hot-takes are worth the paper they are written on.
If you don't believe me, ask Senator McGrath (D-KY) or Senator Boillier (D-KS) who both had near the biggest war chests in their elections, and got walloped.
I do not want to downplay the effect a Republican governor can have on the people of Virginia: in order to be a national figure he will do bad things to the people of Virginia. But, I would not draw the straight lines to the 2022 election that everyone wants to do.
Article paints devastating picture of domestic intelligence services doing a great job of collecting information, but FBI refusing to act on it.
Director Wray appeared too concerned about what then-President Trump thought about him, when he should have been concerned about stopping a coordinated attack on the Capitol.
