CEN - I've changed my mind - The LC has convinced me - I think the Avondale/Tolleson angel makes the most sense -- I think it meets the LC goals and COI

SO CEN reports that she has asked LC specifically about their take on the Yuma Mayor's map. SO once again there are meetings ongoing that have not been conducted in public or even reported to the public -

CEN - says we are doing well by other communities. Understand that this map best meets the needs of Am Native community -- but there are many other communities...

CSL says Yavapai / Mohave connection goes back 40 yrs - was one period where the Hopi wanted to be separated.. We should keep this split... It makes CD 9 a rural county.

CDM objects to Yavapai split because it comes down to take in Graham and Greenlee county -- there are consequences
CSL - looks at historical record - CD 2 will remain a rep leaning district -- but at least allow Nat. Am to vote for he candidate of their choice
