Ooops.
Now we have a higher re-infection rate of the naturally immune with Omicron. This paper doesnt measure what the reinfection rate is in the vaccinated but I bet it's higher than the naturally immune.
Omicron has 30+ variants in Spike which is more likely to evade Spike only vax
So the narrow spike only vax program is creating spike escape that has a higher reinfection rate in the naturally immune. .

Isn't this centrally planned herd medicine fun?

Lots of talk about viral recombination this week in light of Omicron.

We now have the added complexity of there being patients that have both C19 and the pseudouridine based mRNAs.
Do these recombine/strand switch?
Lots of degenerate bases = more noise in spike.

When you Warp Speed your codon optimizations and forget to look to at quadruplex G formation.

These mRNA Vaccines should be considered Pro-Drugs, where proof of the final drug is measured, not assumed.

So Molbio folks like to Jack the expression of genes sadly assuming that more is better.

To do this they add strong beta globin promoters and swap the synonymous bases in the codons out with more human like codons.

This is called codon optimization.
There are consequences
First consequence is you tend to shift the GC content of the mRNA significantly when you do this.
36%->61%.

But one should question why your believe the virus ,which is already adapted to its host) needs this tweak?

It doesn’t come risk free.

I wonder what could go wrong codon optimizing a virus that is already adapted to its host?

What made them think maximum expression was desirable?

They certainly weren’t thinking about secondary structure.

This type of stuff matters to RNAses and other components of the innate immune response (Toll Like Receptors).

These types of modifications create stop codon ablations and many translation errors.

Has anyone see protein sequence data of the spike protein expressed in vaccinated people?

This seems like a major regulatory oversight.

Is WIV Sloppy with BL4 viruses?

What is Nipahvirus sequence doing in C19 patients sequenced by Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV)?

This is a BL4 virus far more deadly than C19. Why is it found in patients WIV sequenced and put into NCBI?

Did they really just leak a BL4?

Lets walk through it.
First you need to download the Reads referenced in the paper. PRJNA605983. This is an NCBI accession number for a BioProject that will lead you to many SRR#s related to the samples within the BioProject.

I knew in 2020 we were in for it when many people in our field tried to cancel @KyleTurley for suggesting cannabinoids might help for coronaviruses.
What is better than a drug that not only slows the replication of the virus but also boosts the host?

Drugs we knew the most about were exchanged for experimental mRNA transfections using rare and immuno-ablating pseudouridines (as opposed to native uracil). The therapy is a toxic spike protein at very high copy numbers.

The placebo group was torpedoed
The liability waived.
