और RW का एक ग्रुप अब उस गैंग के बहकावे में आकर उनकी अफवाह को और हवा दे रहा है।

उनके पूरे सिंडिकेट को कई बार अलग अलग थ्रेड के माध्यम से जवाब दे चुका हूं। हर बार वो अपना गोलपोस्ट बदल लेते हैं। लेकिन काशी विश्वनाथ कॉरिडोर के हर झूठ का सच मैंने लिखा है

अब एक नई अफवाह फैलाई गई कि काशी विश्वनाथ कॉरिडोर की वजह से नेपाली मंदिर को तोड़ दिया गया

नेपाल सरकार के प्रतिनिधि खुद जांच करने आये और पाया कि सब झूठ है। और नेपाली मंदिर को बिल्कुल परंपरा के अनुसार संरक्षित कर रखा गया है।
अब यह गैंग नई अफवाह खोजेगा

इसी बीच 1sept को कुछ सिख एवं वामपंथी संगठनों ने लखीमपुर में शहीद भगत सिंह की जयंती पर एक कार्यक्रम किया

मुलायम सिंह यादव ने 2005 में सामनेघाट-रामनगर पूल का शिलान्यास किया था और अखिलेश यादव अपने शासन के 5 साल में भी इस पूल का निर्माण नहीं करा पाए थे।

रामगोपाल जी आपको तो विशेषकर शर्म आनी चाहिए कि आपकी निकम्मी सरकार ने अपने मुखिया का अधूरा काम तक पूरा नहीं किया था

1) The first party Kusum Rai sells her land to Sultan Ansari.
2) Stamp Duty paid as per circle rate. No loss to the govt
3) Type of deed - Sale deed
4) No Scam
5) Stamp paid by e-stamp

The second transaction between Sultan Ansari and RJB Trust is NOT A SALE DEED.
It's just an agreement to sale.
1) Is the stamp duty paid as per the rules - Yes
2) Is there any loss to govt - No
3) Any loss to seller - Not applicable
4) Any loss to buyer - No
Where is the scam?
My lawyer friends on my TL will agree that -
There is no scam
1) If the buyer gets an amount which was agreed upon as per agreement to sale
2) If the government gets stamp duty as per the circle rate of the land

In this case in both the transactions there is no flouting of norms
