We waiting REAL WORLD DATA.
Health authorities in various countries should look into the "population vaccination rates" of event clusters and publish them. It *MUST*
Eg. Outbreak of the delta in Massachusetts was VE *negative* calculated based on the vaccination rate of the Massachusetts citizens at the time.
479 people were infected, of which 346 were vaccinated. The vaccination rate in this population was 69%.
Now, when calculated for the Omicron, things are even worse. Hell.
For the 43 cases of Omicron infection reported by the CDC, i used averages for the entire U.S. because we did not know the vaccination and booster rates of the cluster population.
The results are as follows.
Vaccine effectiveness - 151%.
Booster effect - 241%.
What does this mean? Didn't the UK announce in TB31 that there was *still* a vaccine effect? Am I a liar?
Vaccine effect is easy to calculate.
The health authorities of each country should always publish the vaccination rate of the population when an outbreak occurs.
Is there some reason they can't release it?
