One thing it PROBABLY explains is how Steinbart —who, at the time, was fresh out of the federal slammer (his whole shtick had basically been “If I’m not Q, how come the FBI doesn’t arrest me when I do all these illegal things?” and reader, you will never guess what the FBI did)—
Anyway, Steinbart was fresh from the pen in April & started working for the Arizona “audit.”

Anyway, it's SUPER cool that this Steinbart Stan™ gave birth to a movement that's spread to other states & is producing Trump Wuz Robbed propaganda that's totally decoupled from the question of *what the actual ballots show* -- that isn't even INTERESTED in that question.
