@SecretNetwork is a privacy smart contract network build on #Cosmos. It is not a mainstream hyped coin, but it does have some serious utility and that’s why I think it’s time to shine a light on $SCRT 🔦

The platform and it’s token can be used cross-chain.

@SecretNetwork #SecretNetwork allows devs to develop (private) NFTs and dApps. All data and information can be encrypted so it is only accessible to certain people. 🔏
This is different from the usual blockchain principal, where in most cases things are transparent & open to everyone.

@SecretNetwork In some cases, transparency isn’t a good thing. Privacy is also a human right… so there is definitely demand for some privacy within blockchain networks. Otherwise, mass adoption will and can never take place; definitely not from institutions or organizations 🏢🔎

@SecretNetwork ... that is not shady, it’s just that organizations & institutions want to keep some things hidden from third parties (like competitors). Also, I’d rather to have some data private; like what’s in your wallets for instance. 👛👀

@SecretNetwork Other example: if you work for a company and you’ve got some issues with your boss, this will probably be documented. You don’t want all of your colleagues to know about this right?

Unlike normal (DeFi), #Secret DeFi can add liquidity to a pool, stake coins or hold in wallets without the world knowing

$SCRT #NFTs allows to add secret info to a NFT. Secrets are valuable, if you own a nice piece of art or a NFT w/ valuable info… you rather keep yourself private as well as the info on your NFT 🗝️

NFT’s can be blurred/watermarked for public, so right-click saving is history.

I want to give another examp. it’s important to understand the project has a lot potential due to its possible usecases.

Secret #NFTs could end identity fraud & people buying fake tickets for concerts. Passports, vaccine proofs, it can all be minted as NFT 📄🛂

With $SCRT all sensitive data is only available to you or whoever you want to show it to. This is a solution for a big problem within blockhain technology: too much transparency 🪟👀🔎

Timing & token.. 🪙⏰🚀

$SCRT has not sky-rocketed yet. imo this is because the timing of it’s last upgrade was unfortunate. The upgrade took place at 10 november 2021, when market was on top. Soon after, markets started to cool down.

$SCRT token is used as gas-fee and as reward for the nodes (computers on the chain which perform transaction): @SecretNetwork works with Proof-of-Stake principal. If nodes fuck up or are unreliable, their $SCRT-tokens will be slashed ⚔️🔥

@SecretNetwork Good to know: the coin was released @ $0.45 and hit an ATH of $10,25 (x22)… since the coin halved it’s ATH, entries around $5 are a no brainer for a project like this imo.

@SecretNetwork Mcap is $750mil… which is a joke. #SecretNetwork only need $400mil to enter top-100 and it gets picked up by regular crowd. Another $350mil and $SCRT is back at ATH 🔝📈

@SecretNetwork In conclusion…with usescases for ticketing, events, identification… billions of dollars are waiting for a blockchain solution @SecretNetwork provides. There are already bridges with networks like #Terra $LUNA for instance… regarding the rumours; next up $KDA?
