I couldn’t imagine a greater holiday gift than this letter from the @NCRMuseum I recieved this #Christmas about items from @radfordu’s Feburary 29, 2016 @Blklivesmatter protest of Donald Trump being added to their permanent collection!

The protests against Donald Trump eventually became the largest in United States history. Donald Trump, who came into political existance by falsely claiming that the first black president wasn’t legitimate or a natural-born citizen, is the first president to be impeached twice..

and is most known for his contemporary bigotry, lies and mishandling of COVID-19 pandemic, refusal to concede re-election defeat, and violent insurrection of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Presidential historians widely consider Donald Trump to be among the worst presidents in American history, with top presidential historians ranking him #41 out of 44 in @cspan’s most recent presidential historian survey, ranking him below William Henry Harrison..

who died just 31 days after his inauguration, and had the shortest presidency in U.S. history. More than 140 historians from across the country participated in the survey, which has been done by C-SPAN each year a presidential transition takes place.

The only presidents who ranked worst were the presidents who botched the Civil War and Reconstruction: Franklin Pierce (same score), Andrew Johnson, and John Buchanan. Trump ranked dead last in morality and administration. Trump ranked #40 out of 44…

when it came to pursuing equal justice for all. @BarackObama, on the other hand, came in at #10 and was ranked #3 out of 44 in pursuing equal justice for all after Abraham Lincoln and Lyndon B. Johnson.

The @NCRMuseum was originally a black-owned motel and assassination site of Martin Luther King, Jr. so I couldn’t be prouder of this honor. Not a single protest or political action of mine would exist without his influence.

My 2018 contributions towards 2019 @VAYD Chapter of the Year were in honor of #MLK50, honoring the fifty years since his assassination.

I hope our activism during the Trump era, and the transformative change and progress that came from it, helps to educate about @Blklivesmatter for generations to come. ✊🏾 #BlackLivesMatter  #AmericanHistory

Fun fact: The black students in Valdosta, GA that were thrown out of a Trump rally for being black, not for protesting, hours after our protest was the inspiration for the 2016 protest anthem “F**k Donald Trump” by @yg.

You can hear a recording of one of the confused students upset as to why they were kicked out of the rally. The protest anthem was played in all fifty states and around the world during the #GeorgeFloyd/@Blklivesmatter protests in 2020.

You never know the cause and effect/consequence of what you do and hip-hop has always been rooted in protest and dissent. #FDT #Resist
