5/ BTW, for many reasons, it is now best to use the phrase “hand marked paper ballots” (or “pen and paper”) as opposed to “paper trail.” Some paper trails are printed by glitchy, hackable touchscreens, & studies show that voters rarely review them. #HandMarkedPaperBallots
6/ The #FreedomToVoteAct would require that all voters have the option to use #HandMarkedPaperBallots. For reasons I cannot fathom, Ds are not messaging this important aspect of the bill.
