From 6 January (Pacific Standard Time), I will observe a seven day hunger-strike for the persecuted Christians of #India. The Indian Christian is facing extermination by the ruling #RSS-#BJP. In their honor, I will not eat for a week. "Do not fear what you are about to suffer."
The RSS-BJP is the power controlling India today. They seek, ideologically, the extermination of both Muslims & Christians. Their hatred must be exposed. For the next week, I will focus my attention on their attempts to marginalize, attack, & eliminate the Christians of India.
To that end, I will consume nothing but water (including lemon, tea, and coffee) as I attempt to shine a light on the reality of the hatred facing Indian Christians today. For one week, I will dedicate myself to their cause.
On the 13th of January, I will break my fast. I hope, during this time, that attention will be drawn to the desperate situation faced by Indian Christians. By refusing food myself, I intend that the plight of India's Christians will receive the attention it deserves.
