I await all the facts (etc) but how was Novak Djokovic ever allowed to board a plane to enter Australia when at all times, everyone knew he was not vaccinated? And who are the other 25 players who sought similar exemptions? A thorough chronology of CTH/VIC Govt actions is needed.
Whether you are Novak Djokovic or anyone else, you are entitled to be treated fairly in the application of immigration rules. You may have no natural right to enter another's country but immigration rules are made under statute, enacted by Parliament, under the Constitution etc
I am neither pro nor anti Novak Djokovic (or anyone) but I am entirely against arbitrary and capricious impositions of 'the rules' against anyone. A full accounting of what actually happened between Govts & Tennis bodies that lead to the denial of Djokovic's entry is required.
Btw for shocked newcomers to Australia's strict immigration & quarantine rules ... In 1918-1919, even after 4+ years of intense war & mass casualties, Australia still quarantined our returning troops coming home from WW1⬇️

Like the outbreak of World War 1 (another Serbian triggered mess but born of larger causes) the Novak Djokovic entry/deportation case seems to have much more to it & to which Australians are entitled to full transparency from all Govts & esp the machinations of Tennis Australia.
You would be mad to try and get ahead of the Novak Djokovic case as since this morning’s revelations, as was said of life under Soviet communism, you cannot predict the future - nor the past.

If one had to look for the villain in the Djokovic case, I doubt it is the CTH or VIC Govts, nor perhaps Djokovic himself .... but one suspects that Tennis Australia managed the players along the lines of having them all arrive & more or less daring the Govt to deny their entry
