12/reducing DPRK's nukes/ICBMs to an agreed minimum # so US homeland isn't threatened but DPRK feels secure having enough nuclear deterrence that its sovereignty is protected - and live peacefully w/ one another. Then Peace Treaty ends the war, sanctions are lifted & we turn the

13/page. To not accept the DPRK's sovereign right to defend itself, even by nuclear deterrence (the US has threatened to nuke DPRK), would be a travesty against justice and international law. If the US & UN won't accept nuclear DPRK, THEY, not DPRK, will be blamed if WW3 results.
